Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is the latest development in mass surveillance methods. It uses optical character recognition on images to read vehicle registration plates. The A1C range of ANPR equipment can be used to store the images captured by the cameras as well as the text from the license plate, with some configurable options to store a photograph of the driver. Our products are also equipped with infrared technology to allow the camera to operate at any time of the day.
